Job Description

  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the target market.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.

  • Proactively identify and source potential business opportunities by regularly monitoring and navigating on NipeX and other platforms.
  • Conduct thorough searches on NipeX and other platforms for relevant tenders aligned with the company’s expertise and services.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of putting together comprehensive tender proposals, aligning with client requirements and specifications.
  • Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight the company’s unique value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and send letters to clients, acknowledging receipt of inquiries, confirming tender submissions, and providing additional information as needed.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Openness to training and development.
