RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Export desk is responsible for scanning in all export volume.
• Open all packages physically to check for prohibited items and dangerous goods and make sure such things are returned to shipper before departure of the package.
• Sorting packages to locations.
• Checking all non-documents contents with the NDLEA/Security team.
• Running DWS scan on late arrived packages.
• Processing of invoices (scanning, copying and sorting into 3).
• Re-packaging of poorly packaged items.
• Confirmation that key-entry data has been uploaded on all packages before running outbound scan 1.
• Bagging and tagging packages ready for export.
• Running outbound scan 2 after shipment departs from airport to complete the cycle.
• Running exceptions of all left-over packages that fail to depart same day

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Logistics and Supply Chain/Business Administration
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Customs & Trade Compliance related field
• Good knowledge on Strategic Goods Management, Export Control and Internal Compliance Program (ICP) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to work with various levels of management and operational teams across the business.

Salary

• Monthly Take Home 65,000
