Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to refine and champion our brand identity, enhance our market position, and drive growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, marketing communications, and product positioning. Although experience in the power industry is a plus, it’s not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective brand-building strategies to meet our business objectives.
• Drive brand consistency across all company marketing efforts and channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Being Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and communication.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to create impactful brand campaigns.
• Develop insightful, comprehensive reports to understand ROI and guide future decision-making.
• Manage the brand budget, ensuring resources are allocated optimally for maximum impact.
• Educate staff about our brand and champion its implementation throughout the company.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or a master’s degree in marketing or a related field would be an added advantage

Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role in Marketing.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
• Experience in the power industry or other related industries would be an added advantage.
