BNPL Manager needed at Terawork

Job Summary

• As the BNPL Manager, you will be focused on growing retailers and wholesalers business through Buy Now Pay Later by mentoring the field and calling team to reach out to our stakeholders (Retailers & Wholesalers) about our products and ensuring that the objectives of the department is carried out accordingly.
• You will also sensitize the stakeholders about our products as it concerns them.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads generation.
• Developing and managing a pipeline of BUY NOW PAY LATER (BNPL) business.
• Driving the revenue through financial services Payments, Loans, Airtime, Date & Utilities.
• Driving the team to achieve their individual targets related to KYC, Utilization of BNPL and recovery of BNPL.
• Ensure Completion of KYC Form (satisfactory as per Quality Department) with appropriate documentation for pre-qualified limit.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Frequently attend necessary trainings and seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
• Other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements (Skills and Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s /HND degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in BNPL department/SME Loan department.
• E-commerce experience as an added advantage.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals and objectives.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
