Job Description

• We are recruiting for a Blogger to generate relevant, engaging and original content. The Blogger will develop interesting SEO optimised blog posts that will appeal to our target audience as well as boost traffic and conversion.
• You should be a skilled, up to date, tech-savvy writer with knowledge of the real estate industry.
• You should be creative, adaptable, and analytical with excellent writing skills and a unique voice.

Job Responsibilities

• Researching specified topics and developing blog content based on insight
• Writing, editing and proofreading content that is relevant, up to the minute and engaging
• Converting blogs to vlogs when necessary
• Educating the audience about products and services.
• Maximising site traffic by utilising Search Engine Optimisation keywords.
• Inviting other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to webpages.
• Responding to audience feedback
• Staying on top of industry trends to maintain content quality and relevance and to leverage on possible opportunities
• Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.
• Creativity and adaptability.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Must have 1-2 years on the job experience
• Writing experience and familiarity with the real estate industry and allied industries
• Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends.
• Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and SEO keywords.
• Ability to sit and type for extended periods.
• Knowledge of content creation for Youtube
