Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to oversee our bar operations and will be responsible for managing the bar staff, creating and executing cocktail menus, and ensuring exceptional beverage service for our guests.
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks.
• Create and update cocktail menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of beverages.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bar supplies as needed.
• Train staff in proper bartending techniques and customer service standards.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Develop and maintain relationships with beverage suppliers and distributors.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to the bar service.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and ensure guest safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender and bar supervisor in a high-end establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and execute innovative and appealing cocktail menus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
