- Draft, review and negotiate broad range commercialrn agreements related to the energy, finance & shipping.
- Advise business stakeholders on project bids, risk,rn due diligence and other related matters.
- Advise stakeholders on possible legal risk andrn provide mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance to client’s policies andrn regulatory requirements.
- Assist to draft policies, guidelines, legalrn templates and other documents to ensure best practices.
- Attend to all aspects and issues related to projectrn development and financing.
- Structure, draft, review and effectively negotiatern membership interest purchase and sale agreements, power purchasern agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
- Perform diligence and provide diligence guidance torn development teams and external counsel regarding project acquisition andrn greenfield development.
- Provide general legal counsel and strategicrn guidance to other Associates in the department.
