Description

  • As an Associate within Sales, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our active user base from regional perspective. 
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, while building strong relationships with users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow assigned region/territory
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high engagement, activity and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting to inform company level decision making.
  • Work closely with other departments (Product, Customer Experience, Marketing) to align sales efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the crypto industry in Africa
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preference will be given to those with cryptocurrency/blockchain/web3 experience.
