Description
- As an Associate within Sales, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our active user base from regional perspective.
- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, while building strong relationships with users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow assigned region/territory
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high engagement, activity and loyalty.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reporting to inform company level decision making.
- Work closely with other departments (Product, Customer Experience, Marketing) to align sales efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry in Africa
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Preference will be given to those with cryptocurrency/blockchain/web3 experience.
