Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Manage the appointment schedule and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with document management and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work from Tuesday to Sunday (8 am – 8 pm).
