Job Summary:
To oversee and manage the administrative staff, ensuring efficient and effective workflow, coordinating various administrative duties, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the administrative staff.
- Create and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between administrative staff and management.
- Develop and maintain departmental documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Oversee the scheduling and planning of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage departmental budget.
- Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job functions effectively.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications, Experience and Skill
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
