Description 

  • To ensure timely renewal of operating license, inflight catering license, concession agreement among others.
  • In charge of immigration matters and booking of flight tickets
  • To provide logistics and other relevant assistance for all travels
  • Provision of office equipment, furniture and stationery
  • To ensure that all company apartment and assets are properly maintained and documented
  • To liaise with all relevant federal and state government agencies and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship all relevant agencies
  • To supervise the activities of the front office and coordinate the activities of all pool car drivers
  • To coordinate all administrative matters as assigned to the individual.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant fields with 1 year work experience.
