Key Responsibilities
Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management and supplies procurement.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, safe, and conducive to productivity.
  • Manage office budgets and track expenses related to administrative functions.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and other communications.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, contracts, and company documents.
  • Organize and manage filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and company events.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports to management on administrative activities and performance.

Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in the recycling or manufacturing sector.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
