Job Description

  • Review status reports
  • Provide support where necessary
  • Support operations as required
  • Ensure clear understanding of end-to-end business processes

  • Send out mailchimp email campaigns as designed by 3rd party
  • Respond to enquiries from social media platforms
  • Ensure office is kept to the highest presentable condition
  • Procure office cleaning products
  • Procure office stationery
  • Liaise with caretaker and landlord as is necessary
  • Liaise with artisans as is necessary for office repairs
  • Ad hoc research into potential business areas
  • Site visits to potential retail/business outlets
  • Market research
  • Desk based internet research
  • All receipts to be scanned and electronically filed
  • All invoices to be matched against receipts bank transfers
  • Finance spreadsheet/s to be kept up to date
  • Weekly expenditure report to be prepared on dolibar
