Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and register patients and other clients.
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Maintaining Patient records and paperwork; Responding to Patient enquiries and addressing Patient concerns when need arises.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a HND / B.Sc in the Social Sciences or Humanities.
  • Operational Experience: candidate should possess 2 – 5 years cognitive experience, preferably with a healthcare organization.
  • Proficient in the use of Electronic Management Records Systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Must be a good listener
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Highly motivated team player.
