Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and register patients and other clients.
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintaining Patient records and paperwork; Responding to Patient enquiries and addressing Patient concerns when need arises.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a HND / B.Sc in the Social Sciences or Humanities.
- Operational Experience: candidate should possess 2 – 5 years cognitive experience, preferably with a healthcare organization.
- Proficient in the use of Electronic Management Records Systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Outstanding English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Must be a good listener
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Highly motivated team player.
