Job Description
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Managing Filing system
- Assist with payment requisitions
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
- Maintaining office Supply inventory
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases
- Prepare daily report, weekly report
- Ensure Logistics and transportation needs of the company are met (Car Maintenance, License renewal etc
- Follow all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by management
- Provide administrative, logistics and research support to the Managing Director.
- Work with the Corporate Service s Manager to source and for and execute contracts.
Requirement
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Integrity, trustworthiness and attention to detail
- Graduate
