Job Description

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing Filing system
  • Assist with payment requisitions
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
  • Maintaining office Supply inventory
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed
  • Creating, maintaining and entering information into databases
  • Prepare daily report, weekly report
  • Ensure Logistics and transportation needs of the company are met (Car Maintenance, License renewal etc
  • Follow all reasonable and lawful directions given to you by management
  • Provide administrative, logistics and research support to the Managing Director.
  • Work with the Corporate Service s Manager to source and for and execute contracts.

Requirement

  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Integrity, trustworthiness and attention to detail
  • Graduate
