We are currently recruiting for the position of IT/Admin Officer to support business units, the individual will maintain the computer networks, provide technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. He will also act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Maintain and update company databases
• Answer queries by employees and clients
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Schedule in-house and external events
