Accountabilities

  • Provide supervisory oversight to the company’s support staff (Drivers, Cleaners, Security, etc.) 
  • Manage the assignment and movement of company pool vehicles and ensure the drivers fill their logbooks. 
  • Ensure timely renewal of all regulatory fleet documents (Roadworthiness, Vehicle License, Insurance, etc.) 
  • Preparation of accurate purchase orders for payments to vendors and service agents. 
  • Assist in the preparation of action plans, procurement plans, purchase orders and others for the company. 
  • Maintain an inventory/register of all company’s asset. 
  • Liaise with vendors to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality/standard
  • Proper management of the office facility in collaboration with the Maintenance team. 
  • Liaise with travel agencies to coordinate all travel arrangements for employees. 
  • Source vendors for procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services as required. 
  • Maintain ethical relationships with the company’s vendors and monitor their performance periodically. 
  • Supervise routine maintenance and safekeeping of office equipment, furniture, fleet, supplies, etc. 
  • Monitor the delivery and completion of contracted works, goods and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role 
  • Organizational skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Effective People Management skills 
  • Organizational skills & Detail Oriented 
  • Commercial Awareness & good Negotiation Skills
