Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive team, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure efficient information retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including gathering necessary documents, setting up video/audio equipment, and taking detailed minutes.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executive team members.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies, managing expense reports, and facilitating office operations.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle confidential documents and information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
  • Support the execution of corporate events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as required by 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior-level executives.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures, as well as tech-savvy with proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
