Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor spending against budget allocations and report variances.
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate and record payroll deductions such as taxes and benefits.
- Prepare financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain inventory records and track stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers.
- Resident within Abuja
Requirements
