Account Officer needed at JMG

Responsibilities

• Preparation of report for MTN facility and EATNGO and other Telecommunication clients
• Preparation of Invoices for MTN Facility and EATNGO on Monthly basis.
• Assist in Weekly/Monthly preparation of documents Spreadsheet for submission to clients.
• Preparing Reconciliation report for Telecommunication clients base on request.
• Reconciling AX and invoices of clients.
• Reconciliation of Payment against invoices submitted.
• Allocation of payments to invoices.
• Schedule meetings with clients in resolving discrepancies in accounts.
• Any other jobs assigned by Senior accountant or Managers
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the work place, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adhering to Company policies

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Degree in relevant courses with 3-5 years proven experience
