Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of stores inventory/inventory records
  • Receiving and controlling inventories
  • Preparation of stock movement report
  • Preparation of Stocktaking report
  • Maintain records of ordered, purchased, and received goods

Knowledge Requirement:

  • Finance Management Systems: Financial Management, Auditing and Implementation.
  • Communication skills: Interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation skills.
  • Computer Knowledge: Knowledge of general computer usage; must be very good in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Risk Appraisal: Must have knowledge of financial aspects, identification, and risk analysis
  • Operational Planning: Knowledge of operation planning strategies, including knowledge of new project roll-out planning, change management, and organization restructuring.
  • Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, production methods, coordination of people and resources.

Competencies required for position:

  • Ability to multi-task, Arrange, Planning and organizing, leadership, problem solving, team player, communication skills, independent and self-motivated.

Academic Qualification required:

  • Minimum of OND/ HND in Accounting or any Finance Management related subject.
