- Order Management Skills: Ability to handle order inquiries, data entry, and order creation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Experience identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Fluency in English: Native fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
