Requirements
- Added Professional certification such as ICAN is an added advantage
- Must have an indepth knowledge of financial statement
- Must be vast with the use of microsoft packages
- Knowledge of any standard financial application i.e SAGE
- Excellent use of initiative and proactive approach in delivery tasks
- Preparation of daily,weekly and monthly income statements and financial position
- Daily bank reconciliation of all bank transactions
- Daily update of all account creditors and payables
- Maintain and reconcile account ledgers, maintains and entries of daily and monthly journal, maintain and reconcile bank accounts analyze account to trace discrepancies or errors or misappropriations
- Assist in developing and maintain advanced excel spreadsheets for a variety of applications
- Assist in preparation of annual cost report and annual master budget
- Investigate and gather information and answer routine queries arising from MD Administration and Auditors
- Dvelop and maintain a good knowledge of GAAPs and IAS in regards to the accounting and auditing systems
