363 Photography is Recruiting For Accountant

This position is responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the company.

Job functions include:

• Implement and operate the company’s accounting system
• Audit contracts, orders, and vouchers
• Conduct studies and submits recommendations for improving the organization’s accounting operation
• Plan, study and collect data to determine costs of business activity
• Compute, remit and file state, federal, and local govt taxes
• Collect appropriate data and prepare federal, state, and local govt tax reports
• Develop and install cost accounting system
• Implement proper handling of financial transactions and approve transactions within designated limits
• Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures
• Act as the main liaison point for day-to-day accounting business and other regular administrative work
• Prepare payroll and initiate salary payments to staff
• Prepare performance bonus and other allowances schedule and initiate payment
• Plan and implement cost-effective measures for the company

Qualifications and Experience

– A minimum of BSc in Accounting

– At least 3 years experience in a similar role

• Proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheet and other MS Office applications
• Proficient in the use of Sage 50
• Interpersonal skills
