Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels.
  • Foster a positive community atmosphere and manage online reputation.
  • Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant metrics.
  • Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
