Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere and manage online reputation.
- Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Advertising and Budget Management:
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Optimize ad performance and ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustments.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams such as PR, content marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
