Job Description
- We are seeking a passionate and proactive Growth Executive to join their Business Development & Partnerships Team.
- This role is focused on driving sales growth and building long-lasting client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in lead generation, maintaining CRM data, conducting sales calls, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales to contribute to the organization’s profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities Includes
- Create effective sales strategies and set measurable goals to drive revenue.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Address queries and resolve complaints while engaging with potential customers.
- Draft high-quality, tailored proposals and quotes for clients.
- Utilize sales software and maintain CRM data for accuracy and efficiency.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in B2B sales.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships for long-term engagement and repeat business.
- Hands-on experience with lead generation, client presentations, and closing deals.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and sales software; skilled in contract negotiation and delivering impactful presentations.
