Your Key Responsibility

  • As the Head of People and Culture, your responsibilities will include:

Addressing Managerial Inexperience:

  • Recruit more experienced managers where needed.
  • Assess the current managerial capabilities.
  • Identify managers who can step up and provide necessary training.

Shifting the Company Mindset:

  • Implement initiatives to transition the team from an experimental mindset to a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Align company growth with personal career development and promotion opportunities.

Building Corporate Identity:

  • Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the Company’s corporate identity internally.
  • Improve internal communication and ensure company achievements are celebrated and rewarded.

Supporting Critical Hiring:

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for a new Marketing Manager and Head of Products.
  • Ensure these new hires are aligned with the Company’s strategic goals and culture.

Requirements
What You Should Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, managers, and senior leadership.
