KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all E-channels platform function optimally: Internet banking, Mobile App, ATM, POS, Cards etc.
- Daily settlement of all Electronic channel’s transactions
- Daily Reconciliation of E-channels accounts.
- Rendition of internal and regulatory reports
- Debit card issuance
- PIN issuance and Support
- Profiling Cardholders for Web payments (SAFETOKEN and 3D Secure)
- Management and project implementation of all E-channels platforms.
- Pilot test and Support for deployment of channels.
- Dispute Arbitration/Resolution
- Ensure prompt resolution of customers compliant and enquiries on E-channels issues.
- Customer support and feedback
