Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Client Management: Secure long-term contracts and customize hospitality solutions for corporate clients. Host/Agent Community: Lead and support a community of agents, providing training and resources.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team, driving growth and innovation.
- Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Conduct market research and collaborate with senior management on long-term strategies.
- Budget Management: Ensure cost-effective use of resources and budget adherence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent certification required
- 3 – 7 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, and partnership management.
- Experience Working in a Hospitality industry Acquiring Partners and Expanding business is required
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of driving performance.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
