Responsibilities:
- Organizing training materials and training programs, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programs don’t exceed the provided budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs and provide management with trainees’ program reports.
- Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.
- Researching new HR technologies and training software solutions, and expected to stay up to date with the latest developments and news in the Human Resources field.
- Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
- Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
Skills/Requirements:
- First degree or is equivalent in Business administration or any other relevant discipline.
- Professional certification in HR Management e.g. CIPM, SPHR, CIPD, etc. will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development
- Experience in a manufacturing and FMCG is an added advantage.
