We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in driving our business forward. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive leadership team. You will play a crucial role in managing their schedules, handling communication, and facilitating key business activities. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker, a problem-solver, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive company information.

Requirement For Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with oil and gas industry practices.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong project management and event coordination experience.

Essential:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the C-Suites and other senior executives.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners, ensuring clear communication and follow-ups on behalf of the executives.
  • Coordinate and arrange board meetings, conferences, and other corporate events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding as needed.
  • Prepare minutes for high-level meetings and track action points.
  • Conduct research and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure efficient office operations.
