Job Objectives
- Our client, a leading company in the fintech sector, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Associate to spearhead their partnership development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage and cultivate relationships with potential partners.
- Proactively identify and research new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals.
End-to-End Partnership Management:
- Oversee the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial contact and negotiation to contract finalization and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless partner integration and the successful execution of joint initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Continuously monitor partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies to maximize value for all stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate the progress and impact of partnerships to both internal teams and external partners.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and mutual benefit.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to partnership management, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in partnership development or a related role.
- Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess partnership performance and identify areas for growth.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
