Our client, one of the leading foreign-owned food and beverage companies, located in Ota, Ogun State, requires an honest, brilliant and diligent individual to grow with its team as Plant Manager.

Key Areas of Responsibility (Summary)

• Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety standards.
• Manage multiple processing lines and align functional teams.
• Track and report weekly and monthly production metrics with the production accountant.
• Apply strong leadership and management controls to maximize plant performance.
• Plan, develop and train downline management to improve manufacturing excellence.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any other Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of three years relevant experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, GHK, TMP, lean manufacturing, machine operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Age: 41 years max

Location: Ota, Ogun State

Reward System

• Salary range: N370,000 – N400,000 p/mth.
