Accountant / Operations needed at LeadCapital PLC

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings of accounts
• Reconciliation of portfolio’s statement of clients and custodians /regulation
• Ensure timely reconciliations
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations of the Asset Management/Securities

Requirements and skills

• Work experience as Operations Accountant
• Understanding of Investment Banking Operations
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Zanibal & Sage
• Advanced MS Excel skills, Power Point etc
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or relevant degree
• Partly Qualified/Qualified Accountant (ACA) is an added advantage
