 Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Oversight:

  • Manage and monitor stock levels across multiple platforms, including Pharmarun’s network of partner pharmacies and warehouses.
  • Ensure that inventory data is accurate and updated in real-time across all systems.
  • Implement inventory control strategies to prevent overstocking, stockouts, and discrepancies.

Platform Coordination:

  • Ensure accurate inventory updates on Pharmarun’s tech platform, so customers have up-to-date information on product availability.
  • Coordinate inventory between online and physical channels, ensuring consistency.

Stock Management:

  • Oversee the procurement and replenishment of stock, ensuring all items are available to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving stock, adjusting reordering schedules as needed.
  • Work closely with suppliers, pharmacies, and logistics partners to manage lead times and optimize stock levels.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and trends to support business decision-making.
  • Perform stock audits regularly to ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved stock management.

Logistics & Operations:

  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and efficient stock movement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations for the safe storage, handling, and transportation of pharmaceutical products, including temperature-sensitive medications.
  • Resolve any issues related to stock discrepancies, delivery delays, or damaged goods.

Process Improvement:

  • Develop strategies for optimizing inventory management processes and scaling operations as the company grows.
  • Work to improve supply chain efficiency, automate workflows where possible, and support the development of Pharmarun’s tech platform.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Must be a licensed pharmacist or hold a degree in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or pharmaceutical operations.

Experience:

  • Proven experience managing pharmaceutical inventory across multiple locations or platforms.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices for managing pharmaceutical stock.
  • Experience working with inventory management software and tech platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail, especially when managing pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
