Job Description

  • Sale of Property (Buildings) to high-end customers and HNIs
  • Meeting sales Targets every quarter.
  • Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness and build prospect lists.
  • Liaise with Hign-end Clients, stakeholders, and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
  • Building up a prospect list of High Networth Individuals maintained and improved on a weekly basis.
  • Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms
  • Work as a team to accomplish tasks by set deadlines and adjusting throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from consumers
  • Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads, social media ads and emails.
  • Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, budget, and timelines.
  • Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience in sale of property
  • Must have experience of sales in Real Estate
  • Access to Hign Networth Individuals is an advantage.
  • Candidates must have access to or skills required to engage High networth Individuals.
  • Candidates must be able to build prospects who are High Networth Individuals.
