Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director, to lead our innovative and IT driven real estate company, which specializes in selling and managing properties through our cutting-edge web and mobile applications.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate laws, real estate market, real estate management, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence.
- As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the business and operation teams, setting strategic goals, managing the day-to-day operations, and overseeing the company’s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver cutting-edge digital real estate solutions.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve their full potential and ensure high performance across all departments.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in real estate, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large-scale budgets and business growth strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property management.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to embrace innovation and meet ambitious targets.
