Human Resource Professional needed at DCSL Corporate Services Limited

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or other related field.
• Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC experience in a strategic role.  
• Membership of an HR professional body will be an added advantage.  
• Experience in general contract and aviation industry.

Job Description

• Conduct interviews, recruit excellent employees and maintain a smooth onboarding process.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, bonuses and benefits enrolment (e.g., health insurance (HMOs), pension schemes etc.)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave and performance evaluations, KPIs, employee retention/turnover rate, absenteeism etc.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee work related concerns and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize relevant workshops or training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
