Senior Product Manager needed at SeamlessHR Limited

Job Summary

• As a Senior Product Manager, you will work hands-on with developers, business stakeholders, customers, marketers, and sales representatives to deliver best-in-class products to our customer base, thereby increasing profitability, strengthening quality, and overall, raising the bar for our team and core offering.

Job Details

• Define and drive product vision with both internal and external stakeholders in alignment with corporate vision and objectives.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Define and implement product strategies.
• Provide leadership support to junior and mid-level product owners.
• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategy to delivery and ongoing growth.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritize build efforts, and manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Write user-centered stories to clearly define user needs and requirements.
• Own delivery of product features and enhancements within Agile Scrum team(s).
• Team with the Engineering team to define acceptance criteria and negotiate delivery.
• Work closely with product design and engineering teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Conduct user and market research and analysis to define customer needs and market opportunities.
• Conduct competition research to benchmark products against top-rated counterparts globally.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within product team(s).
• Help build partnerships with vendors and third parties.
• Define and drive team and product metrics.
• Drive product launches, including working with Marketing and Customer Success teams, executives, and other product team members.
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure effective messaging and consistency with product strategy.
• Represent the company on client visits to solicit feedback on company products and services.
• Interface with relevant stakeholders to communicate reports about product backlogs, change management and product performance.
• Any other task or project as may be assigned by your Line Manager.
• Uphold the company’s brand, culture, and core values at all times.

Requirements

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in a business related field or its equivalent from a reputable university.
• Up to 5 years’ experience in Product Management (experience in building enterprise SaaS product is an added advantage).
• Domain/industry knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
• Strong sense of product ownership.
• Good business acumen and demonstrable leadership skills.
• Strong team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Good research and data analysis/presentation skills.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, and non-verbal) skills.
• Good stakeholder management, relationship management, and customer advocacy skills.

• Strong creative, analytical thinking, critical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Notion, Figma, Hotjar, Mixpanel and FullStory is an added advantage.
