  • We currently seek a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of smart properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, compliant with all regulations, and that tenants’ needs are met. 
  • You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing the profitability and efficiency of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of properties, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the point of contact for tenants, ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for repairs and maintenance of the properties as necessary, ensuring all properties are in good condition.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, handle rent collection, and monitor expenditures. Ensure properties are operated cost-effectively.
  • Lease Administration: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Compliance: Ensure properties meet local regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee and manage contracts with external service providers, including cleaning, security, and maintenance contractors.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on property performance, including occupancy rates, maintenance issues, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in property management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management of smart buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of property management processes, including maintenance, leasing, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification.
  • Experience managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties.
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
