Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account / Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- This role requires a combination of sales acumen and accounting skills to ensure that financial transactions align with sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
Account Management:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Track and monitor sales performance, updating records in the CRM system.
- Assist in resolving customer queries related to sales and account management.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly sales reports and provide insights into sales performance and revenue growth.
- Ensure that all sales activities are accurately reflected in financial reports.
- Assist in managing budgets for sales initiatives and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client feedback or complaints professionally.
- Implement customer retention strategies to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Sales Administration:
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and deliveries.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions, including contracts, invoices, and payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Must have 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and financial/accounting principles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in the IT or telecommunications industry.
