Sales and Marketing Executive (Loan Officer and Fund Mobilizer) needed at Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank

Job description

• Evaluate credit histories, documentation, and process loan applications within specified time limits.
• Recruit new loan and deposit mobilization through the marketing and sales of the bank’s products and services.
• Complete loan contracts and educate clients on applicable terms and conditions.
• Maintain and update account records.
• Participate in market storms, community fairs and cluster marketing initiatives.
• Post-disbursement monitoring.
• Drive the reactivation of inactive and dormant accounts.
• Ensure the retention of existing customers.
• Maintain a healthy portfolio.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Team Lead.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Marketing or related discipline.
• Proven working experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive in a Microfinance institution.
• Must have passion for Sales/marketing.
• Customer-centric, Integrity and Analytical skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem solving.
