Job Description
- CLMI is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Administrative Assistant / Marketer to support office administration and assist with marketing efforts.
- The ideal candidate will handle general office tasks while proactively making calls to clients and potential clients to drive business growth.
- The role requires strong multitasking abilities and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle other forms of communication professionally.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to promote services and generate leads.
- Maintain client relationships and update the customer database.
- Support in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
- Coordinate office meetings, appointments, and other events as necessary.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing efforts (optional).
- Perform any other administrative or marketing duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong marketing or client relations skills, particularly over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
