As a sales Representative, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and existing Leads, build a robust pipeline and achieve sales targets by effectively selling the services of the company. 

Tasks

  •  Identify and target potential customers through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our products or services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Continually update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity pipelines using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management and customer relationship management.
