Bartender needed at Maison Fahrenheit

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to deliver excellent customer service, craft high-quality drinks, and ensure an enjoyable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bartending, a deep knowledge of beverages, and the ability to create unique cocktails while providing friendly and attentive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Ensure all drinks are made to order following recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all bar supplies are stocked
• Engage with guests in a positive and friendly manner, answering questions and providing recommendations
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and practice responsible service
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Assist in inventory management and restocking when necessary
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy bar or restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of beverages, mixology, and cocktail preparation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
