Client Service Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Attend regular meetings and provide support to ensure that client’s expectations are fulfilled.
- Monitor Clients’ brands, industries and markets, and competitive activity. Become familiar with changes and trends.
- Support in planning and co-ordination of the implementation of tactical projects.
- Obtain thorough debrief on all proposals to enable effective project management.
- Support in the planning and control the production of artwork ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
- Support in driving operations in execution planning and ensure deliverables and fulfilled and timelines to client are kept.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activations by providing support in monitoring feedback and obtaining quantifiable results.
- Ensure Contact Reports, Status Reports and Activation reports are produced on time.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client service, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in experiential marketing or a related industry.
