Job Summary
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help Limehousebars expand its clientele and drive business growth.
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals.
Responsibilities
Bar Consulting:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients.
Event Sales:
- Identify potential clients (high net-worth individuals, companies, and event planners) to secure new business for Limehousebars cocktails
- Prospect and cold-call potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and venue managers to become the preferred cocktail vendor for various events.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze business performance and prepare reports for management.
Delivery Sales:
- Promote Limehousebars’ cocktail delivery service to individuals, households, and businesses.
- Drive sales of cocktail delivery packages.
Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Knowledge of the events industry and/or experience in catering or beverage services is a plus.
