Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Unit Head for the Yola( Adamawa) and Ajah (Lagos).
• The role involves overseeing the operations, sales, collections and strategic growth of the business unit, ensuring efficient performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills
• Experience in managing operations and sales functions
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of refrigeration or sustainable energy technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
