Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in finance within the FMCG, electronics, or appliances sectors.
- As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company, ensuring the implementation of financial strategies that align with our business objectives. You will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to optimize financial resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditure proposals, and financial risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management within the FMCG, electronics, or appliances industry.
- ACA, certification are required. An MBA in finance, accounting and other related fields is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
