Digital Marketer / Graphics Designer needed at AA Rescue

JOB BRIEF 

• The role encompasses various responsibilities aimed at enhancing our company’s online presence, engaging our audience, and promoting our services effectively.
• Also responsible for managing all aspects of social media content creation and graphic design, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations, and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Create targeted sponsored ads on all our services to reach more potential customers and generate more income
• Gather both positive and negative client reviews, escalate the negative to the appropriate team for resolution and update the positive on social media to showcase customer satisfaction
• Receive online complaints and escalate to the appropriate team for resolution.

Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality social media posts, including graphics, images, videos, and captions, to communicate key messages and promote our services.
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values and objectives.
• Edit and repurpose existing social media content as needed for reposting and maximizing reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal team to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Graphic Design:

• Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics that capture the audience’s attention and communicate our services for social media posts, promotional materials, banners, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist the HR department with staff birthdays graphic designs, birthday updates on staff forum and job vacancy postings by providing graphic designs and writing compelling content to attract potential candidates.
• Produce promotional designs for various purposes, including special offers, events, product launches, and brand campaigns, based on requests from internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute promotional materials that drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• Mininum 3years
• Minimum Bsc/Hnd in any related field
